Case Studies
Representative engagements across healthcare, retail, enterprise IT, and startup product engineering. Details are anonymized to protect client confidentiality.
The challenge
A large healthcare organization was running member and provider service lines on an aging on-premises platform. Outages were frequent, changes took weeks, and reporting lived in spreadsheets.
What we did
We designed the target Genesys Cloud architecture, rebuilt routing and IVR flows, integrated CRM screen pop and workforce management, and migrated queues in phased waves with parallel-run safety nets. Infrastructure and flow deployments were automated end to end.
The outcome
The migration completed with zero disruption to daily operations, and the client's own admins now ship routing changes the same day they're requested.
The challenge
A national retailer's agents were spending most of their day on order status, returns, and store-hours questions, while genuinely complex calls sat in queue.
What we did
We built conversational self-service on Amazon Connect with Lex and Bedrock, grounded in the retailer's order and policy systems, with clean handoff to agents including full conversation context. Containment, sentiment, and fallback rates were instrumented from day one.
The outcome
Routine contacts now resolve without an agent, queues cleared, and the same team handles seasonal peaks without surge staffing.
The challenge
Dozens of internal applications ran on hand-managed Windows servers. Deployments were manual, environments drifted, and every release carried risk.
What we did
We containerized the application estate, built a hardened AKS platform with GitOps pipelines, standardized build and release conventions across teams, and wired in centralized logging, metrics, and alerting.
The outcome
Releases moved from scheduled weekend events to routine weekday deploys, and the platform team retired an entire fleet of legacy servers.
The challenge
Adunifyr, a GenAI-powered SaaS startup, partnered with Kase Cloud as its engineering team to take the product from concept to launch, without hiring a full in-house department on day one.
What we did
We built Adunifyr's full-stack platform on a React, Node.js, and GenAI stack, deployed the public site with a live waitlist, stood up production email infrastructure with SPF and DKIM authentication, and supported API partnership onboarding with major social platforms.
The outcome
Adunifyr is live at adunifyr.com and growing its waitlist ahead of launch. The product itself stays under wraps until then, and Kase Cloud continues as Adunifyr's engineering partner through launch and beyond.
